Ramirez bakery (formerly Jimenez bakery) is my go to for the perfect conchas! I frequent this bakery often to pick up morning treats for the office. Gives me a chance to practice my Spanish too with the always friendly staff! It's frequently steady with customers when I visit in the 6am hour but rarely a long wait. Keep up the good work team!

this little bakery is exquisite not expensive reasonable prices ive order for all my family parties cakes are delicious cheesecake elclairs are fabulous donuts shortcake cookies tamales are delicious green juice all kinds of fresh juices staff is fast clean very clean.
I got confused because the sign now says Ramirez Bakery. But it seems the same as the outside pictures look the same but with a different sign. This place is cash only. They had a wide selection of sweets, some full size & a good selection of mini. The cookie I had was good and fresh. Prices seem reasonable. I'm really not too sure of prices. I didn't see signs or I missed them. I will go back when I'm out that way again.
In the area and looked for a panadería on yelp. This spot came up and it's so goood. Bread is fresh soft, they offer a good variety. Pricing from 75 cents to $2 a piece depending on bread. Customer service could be better, times I've visited they don't have but maybe 2 customers and they seem to rush you when selecting your bread.

Ordered this custom birthday concha for my at work. Everyone loved it!!! I love their bread and champorado!! Ohh the tamales too. It's always fresh and delicious. My whole family buys there.
Of course my little one wanted a concha cake for his birthday. So while I was at Jimenez one day, I figured I would ask, not thinking they made large sized conchas. To my pleasant surprise, the young lady said "yes, we do!" She was so patient and kind while helping me place the order. The custom order, cake sized, 12x12 concha was just as soft and flavorful as the conchitas, and most importantly, just as delicious. They let you order it in any color...so lime green (my sons favorite color) it was!
Love these mom and pops bakeries. Woman behind the counter was sweet and helpful. Endless variety of pan dulce. It's 4 pm, concha and conchitas are fresh and pillowy soft. Scrumptious!! Looking forward to trying other items. Bakery opens at 5:30 for the early risers. Plastic and mobile pay apps are useless here. Cash money gets you the goodies. Support small business and get you some.
